We ship throughout the United States under the following standard arrangements.
- Processing time: Generally 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day: Processing generally begins that day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays: Processing generally begins on the next business day.
- Shipping fee: $9.99 for orders under $99.99; free standard shipping for orders of $99.99 or more.
- Carriers: DHL and FedEx are among our primary shipping carriers.
- Estimated transit time: Generally 5–8 business days after carrier handoff.
- Estimated total delivery time: Generally 6–11 business days, including processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, address issues, or other circumstances. Tracking information will be provided when applicable.

6. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation is subject to the order's status and our Cancellation Policy. When an eligible cancellation is confirmed before shipment, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled directly. After delivery, you may request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy, subject to its terms and applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds
Ordinary return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise affected by a product-related issue, please contact customer service for assistance. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include a refund or another resolution required by law. For qualifying product-related returns, the applicable policy provides for a prepaid return label or a reasonable return arrangement without charging the customer return shipping costs.
For eligible returns, refunds are generally initiated within 1–3 business days after receipt and reasonable inspection of the returned item, unless applicable law requires otherwise or does not permit waiting for receipt or inspection. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require approximately 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
Direct exchanges are not offered under our standard return process. Customers seeking a different item may request an eligible return and place a separate order.
